Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Size Exchanges - Our products are made on demand, we have no inventory stock. For this reason, we DO NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. A new order would need to be placed for an updated size at customers expense.
Exchanges (if applicable)
No we don't offer a size exchange be sure your are ordering the item and size your really want.
Shipping costs are non-refundable - You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, should the occasion arise.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you will be responsible for any return shipping cost, you should consider paying for tracking or purchase shipping insurance.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - It is advised you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
To complete your return should one be wonted, and follow under the above requirements for a return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
