The Second Amendment of The American Constitutions

The Second Amendment of The American Constitutions

The Second Amendment to the united states constitution - it's unfortunate to say but many Americans and even some older Americans don't even know much less know that there is a Constitution much-less what it says or stands for.

Fortunately I learned about it back in the good ole days of the 1980's in elementary school and then again in my high school. Now I don't know if that was because it was a state run vocational high school I leaned about and the establishment of the States and the Constitution.

Not only that but it was my inspiration to create this site, I wanted to offer awareness especially with the reality show we've been calling the 2016 presidential elections.

Anyways, December 15, 1791 the second Amendment was to protect the new colonies rights to bears arms now there are more and a lot more have been amended to the United States constitution an the country grew.

But the Second Amendment was apart of the first ten amendments to the constitution as the bill of rights which was pretty much similar the English bill of rights.

While the courts have decided that the second amendment applies to the individual is not unlimited to regulations that also ruled that neither state or federal laws can infringe on this right.
